Treena was a true delight to work with! It was apparent from the moment we met her, walking across a 5 acre lot, that she loves working with people - and that is so important when searching for your dream home. On the one day we made a trip to view a few listings, after the 3rd viewing,we were feeling deflated and expressed to Treena what was important to us and our family. She was really able to hear us as upon her recommendation, we went to visit a listing and the stars aligned, and we had walked onto our dream home. The process of buying and selling our homes was quite a whirlwind as it had happened quite quickly as the market was hot at that time. However, with Treena’s guidance coming from genuine care and professionalism, we nailed down our offer and had it accepted within days. Treena Amitage is fantastic. She is personable, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humour. We rented for over a year while Treena showed us countless listings from small strata units to million dollar homes. Not once did we feel like we should make up our minds and get on with it. Definitely call Treena if you’re interested in buying a home. She is by far, the absolute best Realtor we have ever worked with. My husband and I had the privilege of working with Treena when we decided to move to Vancouver Island. I wanted to look at Townhomes and my husband wanted to find property in less populated areas.
